How to shop on Cossa Store
Choose a product, add it to cart, select a supported payment method and complete your order with clear payment and fulfilment checks.

Add to cart
Choose the quantity or available option you need, add the item to your cart and review your selected products before checkout.

Secure checkout
Sign in when required, enter the requested customer and delivery information, then review the server-confirmed order summary.

Choose payment
Pay by Yoco card checkout or choose EFT bank transfer when that option is available for your order.

Order confirmed
Fulfilment begins only after payment is successfully verified. Physical and digital products then follow their appropriate delivery path.

Pay securely with Yoco
Cossa Store creates the checkout and redirects you to Yoco's hosted payment page. Your order only moves forward after the payment is successfully verified.
Declined, cancelled or incomplete card payments do not release an order or digital download.
Pay by EFT bank transfer
Use the exact banking details, amount and payment reference shown for your order, then upload your proof of payment for review.
Uploading proof does not automatically mark an order paid. Cossa verifies the payment before approval and fulfilment.
What happens after payment?
Physical products
Once payment and delivery requirements are confirmed, the order follows the applicable supplier, fulfilment, dispatch and delivery process.
Digital products
After successful payment verification, eligible digital purchases are linked to your account and made available according to the product's download rules.
